Role Summary

Are you ready to take our brand’s digital marketing to the next level?
We are looking for an ambitious and creative Online Marketing Manager (all genders) to elevate digital marketing for the V-Label in Germany. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop innovative strategies, optimize digital channels, and combine your passion for analytics with your creativity. From strategy development to content creation, through to execution and optimization, you will play a crucial role in the success of our campaigns every step of the way.

Reports to: V-Label Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications
Department: V-Label Germany
Location: Berlin or remote in Germany
Hours: 30-40 / weekly
Start date: November 1, 2024

Responsibilities
  • Designing and managing digital campaigns: You will plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing strategies for customer acquisition and retention—from concept to implementation.
  • You will use and optimize platforms such as our website, social media channels, and email marketing to maximize our reach.
  • Data-driven optimization: With your analytical skills, you will evaluate campaign results and continuously improve them, including through A/B tests and KPI tracking.
  • Creative content management: You will be responsible for planning and creating engaging content for our websites, blogs, emails, and social media channels that will captivate our target audiences.
Qualifications
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a comparable field and/or at least 2 years of proven experience managing digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German C2, English B2)
    • Hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, Hubspot, WordPress, Wrike, and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, etc.) or a willingness to learn.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
    • Commitment to the vision and mission of ProVeg.
  • Desirable:
    • Qualifications or experience in B2B and B2C (online) marketing management, communications, or PR in an NGO or business.
