Our Water Team tackles projects of all sizes, from potable water and sewage networks to treatment works, covering everything from feasibility studies to detailed design and asset management. This role offers you an unmatched opportunity to contribute to a diverse, talented team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Provide technical leadership on projects, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes by reviewing the work produced by others.
  • Lead designs at all stages, including feasibility studies, outline and detailed designs, and prepare reports and technical specifications.
  • Oversee efficient project delivery, managing risk and ensuring projects stay on budget and on schedule.
  • Ensure quality management, compliance with standards and regulations, and offer technical expertise for interdisciplinary studies.
  • Drive success in work winning through bid management, tender production, and proposal preparation.
  • Actively contribute to the resourcing and management of both local and wider teams.
  • Take on line management responsibilities, guiding and managing junior staff, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Support the development of junior team members by mentoring them in both technical work and their progression towards ICE accreditation.
