<p>We're the global leader in providing energy solutions that help businesses grow and communities thrive.</p><p>We work as a team and we’re proud of the difference we make to customers, to local communities, and towards a sustainable future for the world. </p><p></p><p>We’re looking for<b> Finance Business Partner</b> to join the business in <b>Dorsten</b> or <b>Moerdijk</b> to support the Europe North Business with Strategy and Planning, Financial Analytics, Performance Management and Business Management.</p><p><span style="display:inline;text-decoration:inherit;"> </span> </p><p><b>What you’ll do: </b></p><ul><li>Support the business with analysis for strategic direction, targeted marketing, focus on opportunity growth areas, monitor competition, cross sell services</li><li>Capture business requirements and provide required guidance to the FP&A team to enable the development of fit for purpose reports.</li><li>Support the Head of Finance in managing the business review process, supporting the business to own the result and enabling them to understand the actions they need to take to drive improved business performance.</li><li>Drive financial performance, assisting the Head of Finance in adding strategic commentary and reporting the actual results, focusing on revenue, profitability, and the health of the balance sheet – including working capital management</li><li>Understand business requirements (including reporting) and the change impacts on wider Finance, acting as the intermediary between the two and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>You’ll have the following skills and experience:</b></p><ul><li>Experience of working within a similar role involving analytic responsibilities and engagement with non-finance stakeholders.</li><li>Clear communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good experience in the preparation of financial reports, building and utilising financial and operational decision-making models, trend analysis and forecasting.</li><li>Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.</li><li>Experience with Infor ERP environment, Financial Consolidation systems and BI.</li><li>Advanced use of Microsoft office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint).</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why join Aggreko?</b></p><p></p><p>We welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people’s unique skills, attitudes, and experiences.
