We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer, team player, and client advocate with marketing experience in clean energy and sustainability. They thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and they are ready and excited to learn about new technologies and products.
<h2>Core duties</h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 300;" aria-level="1">Strategic Development: Create and implement marketing and content strategies designed to build brand presence, enhance awareness, and drive lead generation for clients.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 300;" aria-level="1">Content Creation: Generate original, compelling content for various platforms, including websites, landing pages, white papers, organic &amp; paid social media, and more.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 300;" aria-level="1">Creative Excellence: Advocate for and deliver high-quality creative outputs that enhance credibility, amplify brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 300;" aria-level="1">Client Engagement: Regularly engage with clients to understand their marketing and creative needs, ensuring alignment with their goals.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 300;" aria-level="1">Project Leadership: Lead and participate in virtual meetings with clients to discuss strategy, deliverables, deadlines, and other project-related matters.</li>

<h2>Minimum qualifications</h2>

<li style="font-weight: 300;" aria-level="1">4-6 years of work experience, with some direct experience in clean energy and sustainability.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 300;" aria-level="1">Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of various types of content.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 300;" aria-level="1">A passion for (or strong interest in) sustainability and clean energy.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 300;" aria-level="1">Professional attitude and ability to demonstrate the highest values and professionalism, such as through. courteous and professional correspondence, following brand standards for both design and writing, and timely communication.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 300;" aria-level="1">Experience in a client-facing role.</li>

<h2>Preferred qualifications</h2>

<li style="font-weight: 300;" aria-level="1">Proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana, Google Analytics, and HubSpot</li>
<li style="font-weight: 300;" aria-level="1">Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and experience using SEO tools, such as Semrush</li>
<li style="font-weight: 300;" aria-level="1">Ability to track and analyze website and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools</li>
