Are you a dynamic and passionate sales professional ready to make a significant impact? We're seeking an energetic Sales Manager to boost our sales of Cartonboard products in Italy. As a vital member of our Packaging Materials sales team, you'll report to the Regional Sales Director for Southeast Europe, with a flexible location arrangement.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Lead profitable sales and spearhead new business development in your region.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain existing accounts while exploring and building new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Implementation: Develop and execute growth strategies, including CRM management, proposal delivery, and sales planning.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with Stora Enso channel partners and Product Management to identify customer needs and deliver sustainable solutions.
  • Market Insight: Provide valuable market and customer feedback to enhance our offerings.

  • Experience: Solid background in international B2B sales with excellent communication and negotiation skills in the packaging industry.
  • Business Acumen: Strong drive for results, business development, and strategic planning.
  • Education: College or university degree in a relevant field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English.
