Project Manager, Leadership Development

What you'll do:

• Lead the design, development and implementation of comprehensive leadership development programs aligned with the company’s strategic objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current leadership development needs and future requirements, identifying gaps and proposing effective solutions
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for performance and promotion processes for all CFS employees, from planning and budgeting to execution and evaluation
• Utilize data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness and make data-informed adjustments to enhance outcomes. 
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in leadership development to continuously innovate and improve existing programs

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing leadership development programs
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively about both short and long term solutions
• History of improving leaders’ performance

Essential Requirements:

• Perform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time
• Work in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics
• Willingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally
