We're excited to welcome an organized and proactive Financial Administrator with focus on Accounts Receivable. In this role, you'll be key in managing B2C and B2B customer payments, ensuring smooth invoicing, and addressing improvements and issue concerning customers billing. What you will do:

  • Payment Processing: Process and apply payments accurately.

  • Reconciliation: Keep customer accounts up-to-date and resolve any issues.

  • Collections: Gently follow up on overdue payments.

  • Invoice Management: Create and send out invoices to business partners.

  • Customer Support: Assist customers with billing questions and concerns.

  • Reporting: Keep track of accounts receivable and share updates.

Job Requirements:

  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.

  • You are persistent and don’t give up easily when trying to reach a debtor and/or team up with customer support.

  • You have excellent communication skills, as you will be in contact with our clients and stakeholders.

  • You are a self-starter, who can identify his/ her own areas of focus and come up with smart solutions, after consultation with various stakeholders.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.

  • You are comfortable with accounting software and Excel / Google Sheets, with strong attention to detail.

  • You are comfortable with working at least 3 days onsite.
