People & Organization (HR) Business Partner

TOMRA Food Americas are on an exciting transformation as a new regional organization and our People & Organization team play an impactful role in supporting the business success. We have a rare opportunity to be part of a small but mighty P&O team that are agile, dynamic and have fun along the way with a great team spirit. You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting HR initiatives across North America as well as contributing to global programs and operate as a true partner to the business by creating and driving strategic people initiatives for your assigned portfolio. You will champion the TOMRA values and offer trusted advice, delivery and facilitation across a generalist spectrum of human resources disciplines, working closely with our passionate leaders to enable their teams.

Here's a sneak peek into some of what you will be doing: 

• Partner with your business portfolio to ensure the provision of timely, consistent coaching, advice, and support on all aspects of HR to our people leaders
• Problem solve and recommend solutions leveraging your experience, insights and access to knowledge to support your business areas 
• Work closely with your business area managers and other team members to  analyze, prioritize, and respond to the businesses people and capability needs to assist in the delivery of business outcomes 
• Participate in business planning processes for relevant divisions or teams where required 
• Provide general advice and support directly to local employees on some HR issues  
• Ensure a long term, sustainable solution focused approach is taken to all P&O matters, always endeavoring to enable the business to be at its best 
• Ensure compliance, support and adherence to all local benefits administration 
• Work with the employee experience team to design and deliver relevant and practical people solutions to support the business
