Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

• You will imply production key KPIs like (TTPT, OTD, FPY, WIP, etc.)
• You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of staff operation skills improvement and multi-functional training programs.
• You will maintain a low value analysis and improvement plan optimize production process and improve production productivity.
• You will organize and analyse the quality issue and improve it. 
• You will maintain department cost savings and department staff assessment.
• You will be responsible for production line safety risk assessment, safety hidden trouble improvement.
• You will push the continuous improvement of the three systems to formulate departmental training plans and organize staff implementation and assessment.
• You will be responsible for the implementation of the production plan, coordinating to deal with the abnormal situation in the production process 6S.
• You will be responsible for other work arranged by managers.

Your background:

• College degree or above in science or engineering
• 3+ years of production experience and quality and safety awareness
• Familiar with high voltage electrical products principle and manufacturing knowledge. 
• Familiar with relevant laws and regulations of China, familiar with quality and safety management, site organization and control, staff training.
• ability to analyse and solve problems and can deal with the problems.
• Office software, SAP is preferred.
• teamwork spirit, customer, and result orientation,
• Proficiency in Mandarin and good communication skills, proficiency in Chinese and English in both spoken & written.
