The Energy Analyst will join a team focused on implementing federal programs for zero-emission vehicle infrastructure. This role will engage in a diverse array of consultative and analytical tasks related to the Clean Transportation Program (CTP), the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Program, and other federal funding initiatives.

These programs are pivotal in deploying significant funds to support the transition to zero-emission vehicles and infrastructure, aligning with California's ambitious climate change policies. This position will assist with developing grant funding solicitations and managing agreements with a focus on zero- and near-zero emission vehicle and infrastructure projects, which are critical to transforming California's fuel and vehicle landscape.

Desirable Qualifications:
-Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports.
-Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing correspondence and public presentations.
-Project Management: Experience in managing agreements and contracts is preferred.
-Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve program goals.
