The Opportunity 

InCharge Energy is seeking an ambitious Account Executive – OEM Dealerships to engage key clients in the Central US region, supporting their efforts to reduce emissions through vehicle and fleet electrification. This role is integral to our sales team and focuses on creating and delivering innovative solutions, including EV charging infrastructure, software, Charging as a Service (CaaS), solar, and battery storage. What You’ll Do 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for OEM Dealerships and their fleet customers in the Central US
  • Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention
  • Become a trusted advisor to OEM Dealerships and their fleet customers, delivering customized solutions in public and private sector
  • Develop and implement EV charging solutions that include hardware, fleet software, solar, and battery storage systems
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement
  • Educate customers on relevant incentives and grants offered at local, state, and federal levels
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Utilize Salesforce for effective sales forecasting and customer relationship management

Your Experience and Capabilities 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of sales or project management experience, particularly with automotive dealerships
  • Relevant industry experience in fleets, electric vehicles, solar, OEM sales and service, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with senior management and maintaining thorough client and internal documentation
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, including sales, marketing, engineering, product development, and operations, to develop superior customer solutions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at multitasking and thriving under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel 25% or more to meet business and client needs
US Salary Range
$80,000$120,000 USD
