We are currently seeking a Facilities Specialist to join our Engineering Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.
Performance Objectives
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Enverus global facilities, including maintenance, security, safety, and cleanliness
- Coordinate with building management, vendors, and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance
- Monitor office facilities and systems ensuring optimal functionality
- Coordinate office space allocation, ensuring efficient use of space, support moves and changes inside or between offices.
- Ensure compliance with insurance, health, and safety guidelines, including fire and emergency preparedness.
- Assist in the ordering and inventory of office supplies, snacks, and other equipment. Help approve and track expenses, identifying cost saving opportunities.

- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal customers, vendors, building management, and contractors
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple duties simultaneously - while also pushing all efforts to completion
- Ability to identify and resolve facilities related issues promptly and efficiently, including analytical skills to assess situations and make informed decisions on short notice
- Interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships
- Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) a plus
- Proficiency in using facilities management software/website/tools for tracking work, space, and maintenance a plus
- Ability to sit for long periods, work on a computer with repetitive motions and utilize devices typically found in an office environment.
- Able to safely lift up to 35 pounds at a time using safe lifting techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with another person.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
- Ability to work in an office environment as required.
