• Sourcing – Perform Spot-Buy, Negotiate PR
• Manage PO – If needed: print and send PO form to vendor
• Manage Receiving and Claims - Solve PO issues

Procurement System Administration and Support

• Procurement Syst. Admin - Manage User Profiles (modification, deletion)
• Helpdesk - Provide functional second level support and identify & resolve 1st Level issues related to Process & System

Reporting & Monitoring

• Execute reports and extract data on demand from other purchasing divisions

Master Data Management

• Create/modify/delete/block third party suppliers
• Create or add a line to an Open Order

Content Management

• Manage Punch Out Catalogues
• Manage Suppliers documents update (Quality, logistics, Legal…)

Ad Hoc requests

• Perform Annual Supplier Risk Survey
• Deliver Supplier Dashboards
• Follow Supply Chain KPI
