Please only apply to the role and location that is most suitable for you. </b><span style="font-size:18px;"> </span></div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;"> </span></div><div><b style="font-size:16px;">What you’ll do</b><span style="font-size:16px;"> </span></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">During our 2-year programme, you’ll work as part of an awesome team to support the installation of low carbon technology, including air source heat pumps, in customers’ homes. Spend your time interacting with customers to install, service, fault find and repair our amazing tech. You could even find yourself planning, selecting, installing, servicing and maintaining low carbon tech with the supervision and support of experienced team members.</span></div><div><br></div><div><b style="font-size:16px;">Who you are</b><span style="font-size:16px;"> </span></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">We’re looking for passionate, authentic people who take pride in the work they’re doing. We want to see how you embrace change, go above and beyond, and put our customers at the front of everything you do. It’s also important you’re comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces. Our commitment is to provide equal opportunities, an inclusive work environment, and fairness for everyone.  </span></div><br><br><h3>You will also be responsible for:</h3><ul><li>Carrying out outstanding work with design criteria, manufacturers guidance, regulations and industry recognised standards and procedures in mind at all times </li><li>Completing prep work for the installation of low carbon tech </li><li>Testing handover procedures for low carbon tech  </li><li>Removing and disposing of old heating and hot water systems (to make place for our shiny, low carbon ones!) </li><li>Completing routine servicing and maintenance within customer homes </li></ul><h3>What you need:</h3><ul><li>A Maths and English GCSE at level 4-9, functional skills Maths and English, or equivalent</li><li>A full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points</li><li>Permanent right to work in the UK for the duration of Apprenticeship</li><li>Great problem solving skills</li><li>Resilience and ability to learn from mistakes</li><li>Motivation to learn and develop</li></ul><h3>Key details:</h3><ul><li>Apprenticeship: Level 3 Low Carbon Heating Technician</li><li>Duration: 24-months (plus 4-month EPA – End Point Assessment)</li><li>Location: Coventry, Manchester, Leicester, Chester, Stoke-on-Trent, Bristol, Portsmouth, Guildford, Slough, Kingston upon Thames, Colchester and Canterbury</li><li>Start Date: 24th November 2024</li><li>Requirements: GCSE Maths and English grade 4-9 or Level 2 functional skills in Maths and English, or equivalent. Full UK driving licence (with no more than 3 points).</li><li>Salary: Starting salary (for age 16-20) £17,652, and (for age 21+) £20,381 with salary progression throughout and a final salary, after 5 years in role, from £40,000.</li><div><br></div></ul><h3>Join us in the Octoverse!</h3><ul><li>Relaxation! If successful in your eligibility questions, we’ll invite you to complete our online blended assessment. This is made up of </span><b style="font-size:16px;">multiple-choice questions</b><span style="font-size:16px;"> and </span><b style="font-size:16px;">three short video interview questions</b><span style="font-size:16px;">, but we’ll give you all the instructions you need to complete this.
