<h2>Overview</h2>We are designing the grid of the future!  We are looking for a strategic CFO who will partner with the executive team to lead our finance and accounting department towards global growth.  As a key member of the executive team, you will be essential in driving financial excellence in a world-class consulting and software organization within the energy sector. <h2>Responsibilities</h2>How you can make an impact:<ul> <li>Strategic partnership:  Be an integral part of the executive team to deliver the vision and strategy to drive innovation and excellence in technology driven energy transition.</li> <li>Accounting Systems and Practices: Establish, monitor, enhance accounting systems. Enforce best accounting practices and internal controls, utilizing GAAP.</li> <li>Financial Planning: Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to optimize business operations and maximize profitability, manage risk and identify strategic opportunities for revenue growth and efficiencies.  </li> <li>Reporting &amp; Communication: Lead in the preparation and communication of all financial statements and filings with internal and external stakeholders, including the board. </li> <li>Tax &amp; Treasury: Manage filing and compliance for all foreign and domestic tax requirements.
