Responsibilities:
- Document Scanning: Operate scanners and related equipment to digitize physical documents accurately.
- Document Organization: Sort and prepare documents for scanning, ensuring all pages are in order and free of staples or paper clips.
- Quality Control: Review scanned images for clarity and completeness, ensuring that all documents are legible and accurately captured.
- File Management: Properly label and categorize scanned documents according to company protocols, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Data Entry: Input relevant metadata for each scanned document into the document management system.
- Confidentiality: Handle all documents with the utmost care and confidentiality, adhering to company privacy and data security policies.
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of computer systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with scanning equipment and document management systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail, especially in handling and organizing documents. Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company documents and information.
