You will work closely with Accounting, Operations, and Leadership to ensure accurate reporting, robust planning, and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders. <h2>What you’ll be doing </h2><ul><li>As Finance Business Partner, you will coordinate FP&amp;A activities during month-end closing and prepare accurate group-level reporting, including variance analyses. </li><li>Maintain reporting structures across sites, cost centers and projects to ensure consistent and reliable data. </li><li>Support the preparation of quarterly forecasts and the annual budget, including tracking performance against targets  </li><li>Maintain rolling financial models and provide insight into drivers, risks and opportunities. </li><li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of the long-term financial plan at GROPYUS Group level and perform financial modelling for key pipeline projects, including cost development, working capital requirements, milestones, and expected returns.  </li><li>Assist in preparing investor-related materials, including KPI reporting, project reports and financial statements. </li></ul><h2>Who you are </h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&amp;A, business controlling, financial consulting, audit, or similar finance roles. </li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into insights. </li><li>Good understanding of financial statements, cashflow mechanics and forecasting principles. </li><li>Comfortable working with multiple data sources and collaborating with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with SAP (S/4 HANA), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Rib iTWO is a plus. </li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and reliably. </li><li>Business fluent in English; German is a plus. </li></ul><h2>What We Offer</h2><ul><li>An unlimited contract with 30 vacation days.  </li><li>Flexible, hybrid work: You can work from home or come into the office on the schedule that works best for you.
