Job Description Minimum Job Requirements
 
 Responsibilities: 
  • Thoroughly understand how our self-driving technology works. Stay on top of countless daily changes, both big and small.
  • Safely operate test vehicles to evaluate and help improve our technology. Consistently make exceptional judgment calls.
  • Carry out vehicle inspections at start/end of shift to ensure vehicle is in normal operational order.
  • Share detailed feedback on our technology & top priorities with vehicle supplier and managers.
  • Be the voice of Transdev to our client, self-driving enthusiasts & curious onlookers.
Requirements:
  • Safety first focus.
  • Age 21 years old or over
  • Self-starter / highly motivated individual.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills – both verbal and written.  Focus on attention to detail.
  • Exceptional critical thinking.
  • Ability to quickly learn required system requirements, corporate requirements and adapt to changes as future programs are developed.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record. 24 months no DUI, Hit and Run, road rage or vehicular manslaughter charges.
  • Cleaning of vehicle – housekeeping of vehicle on daily basis and monthly or as required deep-clean.
  • Flexibility for day, night, and/or weekend work, not always planned far in advance. Overtime may be required.
  • The work location is the vehicle. Expect to spend at least 80% of your time in our vehicles.
  • Communication skills
  • Clear understanding that his is a ONE YEAR pilot.
Desirable: 
  • Proven record of success thriving in a team setting.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Passion for vehicles and/or vehicle maintenance experience.
  • Attention to detail and self-starter.
