Who we are looking for
We are looking for an Industrial Painter to join our growing team on 2nd Shift. As an Industrial Painter, you will paint parts in a rapid, precise, and safe manner primarily for the aerospace and aviation industry.
1st and 2nd shift available (2nd shift : 5 day work week, 8 hour shifts, 2:00pm-10:30pm.)
What you will get to do
- Rapidly, precisely, safely, and accurately paint/ fabricate parts
- Load and unload items from paint booths/drying racks etc.
- Clean and prepare parts in preparation for paint or after paint.
- Mask parts for painting according to blue prints, travelers or other instructions.
- Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
- Start machines or equipment to begin any paint or related processes.
- Safely, accurately and efficiently any operate equipment or instruments used in the paint process, or assist other operators.
- Clean work area and all equipment used in the process of painting parts.
- Adhere to all procedures with respect to the storage and handling of materials in the area
What you bring to the team
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Prior industrial or automotive painting experience
- Demonstrates inspection competence.
- Demonstrates basic mathematical skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required
