About the traineeship.

Each of the trainee positions is distinct, tied to a department within a specific business area and working location. This means that each position has its own tailored responsibilities, challenges and matching profile.

Your role as a Trainee  

• Perform screenings and interpret audits of suppliers and partners to Vattenfall, including making recommendations to buyers, managers and relevant colleagues on how to progress.

• Support our buyers, employees, contractors and suppliers on sustainability and our supply chain practices by i.e. providing trainings

• Perform research and analysis on sustainability topics like Code of Conduct for suppliers and partners, target setting, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), valuation of social and environmental impacts, as well as ad hoc requests, identify sustainability gaps and improvement needs, focus on supply chain related activities, and implement related actions
