We are Now Hiring a Scheduler in Everett, WA!

Transdev is proud to offer:

$24.00-27.50 Subject to Union contract
VAC: up to 14 days
PSL: Accrual FT 8 hrs monthly/ PT 5hrs monthly per CBA.
Other benefits: Eligible for Medical, Dental & Vision after 90 calendar days of employment for FT employees.
Life Insurance, 401k, and company holidays.
Pay Range: Need Range
Subject to union contract

Responsibilities: 

Answer customer phone calls and schedule rides in the scheduling system.
Enter new customer information and changes into the system
Communicate late vehicle service and verifying “No Shows” with customers
Resolve service-related complaints
Create daily route maps of reservations for the drivers

 Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
2 years reservationist or customer service experience
Computer literate with the capacity to learn new software
Ability to operate standard telephone system
Excellent communication and listening skills
