Plant Trainer Student

Job Summary

The Plant Trainer Student will be responsible for collaborating with the Training Specialist to optimize our processes and workflows and will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations

Principle Accountabilities

• Writing SOPs on critical tasks, new equipment

• Support training and knowledge transfer from subject matter expert

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• An active student with Education or technical studies.

• Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with diverse teams

• Diligent with a focus on accuracy and quality

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction

• Understanding and following the workplace health and safety rules and regulations
