Manufacturing engineer (Bearing center)

Your main responsibilities are

• Develop or improve bearing products with customers based on existing products.

在客户现有产品的基础上与客户一同开发或改进轴承产品

• Cooperate with the engineering department to design/optimize the customer's bearing products and make specific technical information/ agreement.

与工程部门内部组织合作设计/优化客户的轴承产品，并制作具体的技术信息/技术协议。

• Make the design improvement proposal based on the customer requirements as well as production feedback and implement improvement activities with Spanish engineering team.

根据客户要求和生产反馈,对设计改进方案进行设计改进,并与西班牙工程团队进行相关产品改进活动。

• In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 10%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually

• Support production/quality /purchasing/sales on technical issues and effective troubleshooting Implement quick and effective process troubleshooting.

You will shine in this role when you have:

• Bachelor or higher degree in Mechanical

机械专业本科及以上学历

• Very familiar with the application / manufacture of bearing products (sliding bearings, thrust bearings, etc.)

对轴承产品（滑动轴承，推力轴承等）的应用和制造非常熟悉

• Mechanical design experience and AutoCAD/3D /SAP Skills (experience of Inventor is preferred)

具备机械设计经验和AutoCAD / 3D / SAP技能（Inventor经验优先)

• Be able to communicate /discuss in English

能够熟练用英文进行沟通和讨论

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

良好的沟通和团队合作能力。
