We have invested in our organizational infrastructure, and this is an opportunity for someone with strong business acumen and project-based consulting experience to help scale our operations and expand our mission impact.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-family:Lato , sans-serif;">As Chief Operating Officer, you will play a critical role in scaling the organization’s growth while ensuring efficiency, operational excellence, and alignment with our mission and values. You will bring to this position:</span><span style="font-weight:bold;"></span></span></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Lato , sans-serif;">A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years proven operations management experience (preferably within a matrix structure and for an environmental consulting services company) or compatible leadership position. The compensation range in the job posting reflects the range of pay available for this role.
