Job Summary

As an Order-To-Cash (OTC) Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the IT Business Partner to support application implementation projects, with a focus on SAP. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving a transformative ERP implementation. You’ll work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team, gaining invaluable experience and expertise in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Principal Responsibilities

• Build and develop collaborative relationships with business users, vendors, customers, project team members and management leaders

• Analyze and document clear functional requirements through analysis of current state systems and related programs and functions and work with the development team or external suppliers to transfer them into technology solutions.

• Validation of data migration for various current state systems into future state

• Identify, troubleshoot, and coordinate support and the efficient evaluation & resolutions for errors and issues reported and escalated from Sales/Customer Service teams

• Suggest improvements to systems and process solutions to improve efficiency in operations.

• Provide or support ongoing training and change management efforts

• Take initiative to assess and enhance the customer experience at all touchpoints

• Advocate change or improvements for the business with new capabilities or functionality within systems.

• Coordinate or participate in User Acceptance Testing sessions for confirmation of requirements implementation prior to deployment.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3 or more years of relevant work experience (in a similar field and/or industry)

• BA/BS in computer science, Information Technology, or related major

• Deep understanding of SAP S4/HANA modules, business analysis techniques, and system configuration

• Minimum 1 end to end life cycle SAP S4 Implementation experience related to OTC

• ERP experience supporting Order-To-Cash (OTC) relative processes (ie. Order Entry, Inquiry, etc.)

• Solid understanding of relative Master Data (Customer, Product, Pricing) setup

• Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skill

• Detail oriented in maintaining applications documentation.

• Strong understanding of IS Methodologies, processes, and practices

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
