Description

This is how you will grow:

Under general supervision, this position will get a mixture of hands-on projects, lab experience and computer and administrative work. EDAG interns are provided valuable assignments and work alongside experienced engineers to gain a real-world experience in Software Engineering. All specific assignment details will be identified and shared with the intern prior to their start date and will be aligned with their field of study. We strive to provide the best internship experience possible, and each intern will be treated as a valuable, contributing team member.


Responsibilities:

  • Creating project plans for all phases of the software Product development plan.
  • Analyze testing data and develop a problem-solving analysis with engineering team
  • Partner with the engineering team in design / development to provide OEM customers a world class design, cost and quality product
  • Coordinate design and design change activities for various customers
  • Collaborate among interdisciplinary teams (ME, EE, ChemE, & Lab Techs) to solve problems
  • Gain experience using a variety of engineering software programs

Requirements

  • Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 3.2 GPA·
  • Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics
  • Resourcefully innovative and adapts in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team
