We're seeking a proven, entrepreneurial, and impact-driven Strategic Customer Success Manager in Munich, Berlin, or remotely in Germany.
Your mission - Advocate for our customers, consult with them on their decarbonization strategy, and work cross-functionally to ensure we’re doing absolutely everything we can to drive value.
Your role - You will build strong relationships with client-side C-level and senior managers, deeply understanding their priorities and problems. In doing so you’ll help drive customer-centric product development to maximise revenue opportunities for Carbmee. In addition you’ll skillfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring top-class execution and steering. Leveraging both your interest in climate change and business, you'll be the eyes and ears of our customers, bridging the gap between go-to-market activities and product development.

Your tasksManage a portfolio of Carbmee’s strategic customers, acting as their trusted decarbonization advisor and educating them on how to leverage Carbmee’s Carbon Management Solution as part of their climate strategy:
Be comfortable liaising and consulting with Senior Executives in Sustainability, Procurement, and other key functions.
Translate your customers' strategic objectives into high-impact delivery, aligned with Carbmee’s offerings, keeping abreast of relevant sustainability standards and regulations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring top-class execution and steering. Demonstrate exceptional project management skills to handle complex tasks, keep all moving parts aligned, and deliver results efficiently.
Create cross functional transparency by advocating for your customers to internal stakeholders in Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales:
Keep the organization customer-centric, ensuring we are building a solution closely aligned with the needs of our customers and adherent to sustainability standards and developing regulations.
Share business insights, surface challenges and identify product development opportunities to scale Carbmee’s Carbon Management Solution.
Proactively identify areas for improvement in the Carbmee customer journey to create a world-class experience.
Drive customer value and account health leading to the retention and expansion of your portfolio:
Lead the post-sales engagement, retention, and growth of your customers partnered closely with our stellar Account Executives.
Identify opportunities, drive business outcomes, and ensure customer's objectives are met.
Turn your customers into champions: support them in creating strong narratives about their decarbonization journey that can be shared widely.
Several years of experience working in management consultancy, or as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at a fast-growing B2B tech start-up
You know how to work with large corporations and how procurement organizations work
Experience in the sustainability field and knowledge of climate reduction strategies and/or working with Automotive and Manufacturing industries is a big plus
Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken
Performance-driven mindset combined with outstanding presentation skills and project management skills
You work well in diverse, hybrid teams and you are excited to join our international team either in Berlin, Munich, or remotely in Germany
You are passionate about business sustainability, carbon emissions management, and decarbonisation strategy development in alignment with Carbmee’s mission and vision
