We are a team of about 80 employees from a wide range of fields and 12 different nationalities. Diversity, individual development and team spirit are very important to us! Your tasks

• Take responsibility and lead our dynamic People & Culture team.
• You will be a key sparring partner for the management and help to drive the further development of our HR strategy.
• Take advantage of your creative ideas in the area of Recruiting & Employer Branding to further optimize our already successful processes and take them to the next level.
• Analyse and prepare reports on key figures, performance markers and relevant analyses in your area of responsibility.
• Strengthen our positive corporate culture and promote employee loyalty through targeted measures that prioritize the well-being and development of our employees.
• Develop your team continuously and work closely with our CFO and our Head of Administration to achieve our corporate goals together.
• Actively promote a modern corporate culture based on agility and continuous learning. Your commitment will ensure that our vision is lived throughout the entire organisation.
• Optimise and adapt processes to ensure the scalability of our company.
• Maintain an overview of our HR controlling and ensure that all processes run efficiently and purposefully.

Then you've come to the right place! Your qualifications

• As Head of People & Culture (f/m/d), you have ideally already successfully led a team and combine your leadership skills successfully with strong communication and implementation skills.
• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of human resources management, which ideally rounds off your profile.
• You have experience with Personio or similar HR tools and use them to optimise HR processes.
• Independent, reliable and solution-orientated working methods are a matter of routine for you. With your hands-on mentality, strong communication skills and confident approach, you always find the best solutions that are both entrepreneurial and people-centred.
• You have a very good level of written and spoken German and English and can therefore communicate with our international team.
