Responsibilities:

• Controlling & Planning: Implements the LC’s short, mid and long-term goals according to strategic and operative planning. Is responsible for budget planning for own area of responsibility. Reviews performance of budgets.
• Manufacturing: Responsible for the daily performance of the manufacturing facility(ies). Ensures timely and cost effective production and delivery of product per customer requirements. Ensures innovative use of existing resources utilizing lean manufacturing techniques and systems. Leads operations to achieve benchmark levels for attainment, scrap and lean processes.
• Leadership and Management: Is responsible for all hourly and salary associates working in the manufacturing areas. Ensures efficient planning and staffing.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Ensures that all legal and Freudenberg requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment are fulfilled.
• -Quality Management: Ensures customer satisfaction. Promotes employee’s quality awareness and initiates relevant training. Initiates and leads scrap reduction projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
Specified Years of Industry-relevant experience
Specified Years of Relevant Leadership experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
Professional-Level English language skills preferred
