Responsibilities / Tasks
Execute service and maintenance works on customer sites in Turkey
Basic knowledge of separators and operational principles, related processes and repair techniques with ability to troubleshoot and provide information for investigation reports and operational inspections to assist customer improve the efficiency and operation of their products,
Assembly and disassembly of mechanical equipment like separators, homogenizers, valves, pumps etc. for the purpose of repair, maintenance and installation, whilst in the workshop or at customer’s site, according to GEA working instructions and quality standards,
Performs in coordination with a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring that work is completed on time and in GEA quality and safety requirements,
Attend trainings of equipment and processes according to company regulations to improve personal skills,
Inspecting all operational, mechanical, electrical, process and quality aspects of the systems to report the executed job and documenting that according to company guidelines to assure improvement in Service,
Reviews and evaluates service practices, suggest and implement corrective actions where necessary to improve the efficiency of the service performance level.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Engineering Degree or equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering or Technicians experienced in Mechanical or related Process Technology fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in field service and mechanical maintenance in applications of priority Dairy, Food, Chemical, Pharma, Marine & Energy.
Process knowledge of Separation technology highly preferred
Good in MS Office programs
Good command of oral & written English
Team player, highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership, analytical, communicate effectively both with internal & external clients with a customer oriented approach
Completed military service
Willing to travel frequently
