Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will work with the Quality Team in the Commercial department. You will share responsibility for the quality control of Quatt products Installation Plans elaborated by our Technical Account Managers during their appointments with customers.

• Perform quality checks on a percentage of customer installation plans to ensure compliance with required standards.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to provide feedback and knowledge for installation plan compliance and obstacle avoidance.
• Guide new Technical Account Managers by monitoring their installation plans, providing feedback, and preparing them for independent work.
• Implement new methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, including Artificial Intelligence.
• Document and report issues found during installation plan checks, working with the Quality team to resolve them.
• Use Hubspot and Google Sheets to compile statistics and KPIs on general quality.
• Support the team in keeping up to date with the latest updates and pointing out possible bottlenecks.

• A degree in a relevant technical field, such as engineering, quality management, or a related discipline, is preferred.
• Experience in performing quality control checks and ensuring compliance with industry or company standards highly preferred.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, with the ability to apply its functionalities to improve processes and make them more efficient.
• Excellent spatial awareness and the ability to interpret technical plans or designs accurately.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of identifying and correcting errors in technical documents or processes.
• Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Sheets, or similar platforms to track, analyze, and report performance metrics.
• Proficiency in English, Dutch highly preferred.
