Your mission:
  • Responsibility for administrative and organizational tasks: Leading the mc Italia team, managing service providers and full P&L responsibility.
  • Direct reporting: Cooperation with and direct reporting to the managing directors of mc Italia as part of the BOD (Board of Directors).
  • Business strategy development: Active design of the team structure and strategic planning in close coordination with the BOD.
  • Sales-oriented role: Direct involvement in day-to-day business with a focus on customer acquisition and support.
  • Leadership and motivation of the team: Responsibility for the further development and growth of the local market.
Your profile:
  • You have a solid technical background, either through education or extensive experience.
  • Strong industry knowledge with an established professional network.
  • Experience in the SAAS sector is a bonus.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales.
  • Leadership experience managing small teams to success.
  • Familiarity with administration, accounting, and legal principles.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian.
  • Ambitious, results-oriented, and driven by sales performance.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Assertive, entrepreneurial thinker with strong managerial capabilities.
