Your mission

This position offers the flexibility to work between 60% to 100% of a full-time schedule, allowing for a personalized work-life balance while contributing to our mission.
  • Coordinate accounting activities in collaboration with external accountants and tax advisors.
  • Recording and posting incoming and outgoing bank transactions.
  • Management of bank accounts.
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of various clearing accounts
  • Cooperation with external payroll accountants.
  • Preparing intercompany and invoices to clients.
  • Ensure tax regulations, working closely with external service providers and tax advisors.
  • Lead and support projects in finance, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
Your profile
  • Completed commercial education
  • 2-5 years of experience in relevant financial fields
  • Good IT user skills (Excel, MS Office)
  • Responsible, trustworthy personalities
  • Solution-oriented approach with a “can-do” attitude and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Willingness to accept challenges and innovate, even in situations where failure is possible, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborative working style and willingness to work within a start-up and dynamic organization.

In accordance with Austrian labor law, we are obliged to inform applicants of the minimum salary for this position. The minimum gross monthly salary is 2.850 to 3.200 EUR, based on full-time employment (40 hours per week). Please note that the final salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, and may exceed the minimum amount stated.
