Your mission

This position offers the flexibility to work between 80% to 100% of a full-time schedule, allowing for a personalized work-life balance while contributing to our mission.
  • Prepare and analyze budget plans and forecasts.
  • Support project-specific budget developments.
  • Oversee the coordination of accounting activities in collaboration with external accountants and tax advisors.
  • Responsible for liquidity management.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and guidelines, working closely with external service providers and tax advisors.
  • Conduct financial analysis.
  • Lead and support special projects in finance and administration, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions where needed.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of controlling tools or financial systems, leveraging tools like Excel and Corporate Planner for reporting and forecasting.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 3-5 years of experience in financial management.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management, and financial reporting principles.
  • Solution-oriented approach to presenting financial data, with a “can-do” attitude and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Willingness to accept challenges and innovate, even in situations where failure is possible, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in controlling tools like Corporate Planner (or similar).
  • Previous involvement in implementing financial tools or systems is a plus, demonstrating a forward-thinking and adaptable working style.
  • High cultural awareness and sensitivity, particularly in international, diverse environments, with fluency in English (and other languages like German as an advantage).
  • Collaborative working style and willingness to work within a start-up and dynamic organization.

In accordance with Austrian labor law, we are obliged to inform applicants of the minimum salary for this position. The minimum gross monthly salary is 50,000.00 EUR, based on full-time employment (40 hours per week). Please note that the final salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, and may exceed the minimum amount stated.
