About the Job
- Leitung der Buchhaltungsprozesse und des Reportings, einschließlich Rechnungsstellung, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Hauptbuch, Kostenstellenrechnung, Bestandsbuchhaltung und Umsatzrealisierung, unter Einhaltung der deutschen Rechnungslegungsstandards HGB und IFRS
- Durchführung des Monats- und Jahresabschlusses sowie Analyse der Finanzzahlen
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen und internen Prüfern sowie Steuerberatern inklusive regulatorischer und steuerlicher Berichterstattung
- Leitung und Entwicklung des Buchhaltungsteams
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Gesetze und Vorschriften
