Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the Product Development and Quality Departments to ensure the smooth running of all activities.    
• Implement the review of quality specifications for new projects involving new materials, assets and processes, propose appropriate quality requirements, and review and confirm processes and results.                
• Conduct R&D, design and validation studies on new materials and technologies in line with the company's strategic development direction.
• Responsible for the experimental research of new R&D projects, from the confirmation of test process, standards, methods and reports to production.
• Assist sales to develop new customers, provide necessary professional support to bidding models, and provide necessary technical solutions.
• According to the quality management requirements, responsible for the incoming materials, quality problems in the production process review and disposal, the implementation of the development of new suppliers and the improvement of existing suppliers to put forward professional solutions.
• Responsible for IATF16949 system management / CQC system management, tracking and supervision of internal and external audits, management system documents and records at all stages to ensure that meet the audit requirements.
• Responsible for departmental HSE system management tracking; guiding departmental employees to comply with all safety policies, procedures and rules; actively participating and supporting employee participation in safety program activities; responsible for production safety during quality inspection activities.
• Responsible for talent development and performance management, develop the potential of employees, formulate development plans and work objectives for subordinates in line with the company's strategy and coach subordinates to achieve the objectives effectively. Supervise and optimize the monthly performance appraisal system for operators.
• Responsible for knowledge management, building and updating departmental knowledge base, transforming professional knowledge into staff's ability and results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, material, textile non-woven related majors are preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing a team, 5 years of experience in developing quality related products.
• Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system, more than 10 years of application experience, familiar with VDA6.3 or 6.5 is preferred.
• Ability to prepare quality management system documents, experience in quality management system construction.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese, English can be used as the working language, CET6 is preferred.
• Proficient in the use of Office software, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.
• Familiar with the automotive industry knowledge, understand the industry-related laws and regulations, familiar with the industry suppliers, new materials, project management, system management, data analysis, cause analysis methods, etc.
• Strong understanding, execution, communication, leadership, judgement, decision-making and time management skills.
