ERM Brazil is seeking a new Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change Consultant (mid-level) to join our team.

Experience:

  • Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, such as Ratings (MSCI, Sustainalytics), Indexes (DJSI, ISE), parameters (TCDF, TNFD), questionnaires (CDP and others);
  • Strong knowledge of existing and evolving ESG and sustainability concepts and practices across sectors/geographies;
  • Deliver a high standard of work to meet and exceed internal client expectations, strengthening interaction with clients, participating actively in client engagement activity (proposal support, deliverable presentation);
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Build an internal network, cross-discipline, and service lines, and make an active contribution to knowledge management and shared learning;
  • Contribute innovative ideas, perspectives, and knowledge to help evolve our services in support of our Purpose;
  • Developing content and presenting analysis and conclusions, including written reports and metrics;
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary or multi-workstream projects;
  • Develop own skills, expertise, and commerciality to enhance ERM’s consulting capability;
  • Advanced MS Excel is preferred;
  • Accountable for meeting personal billability at the budgeted rate. 

Profile:

  • You have completed higher education in major engineering schools, business schools, political sciences, or in a university;
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in corporate sustainability (ESG Strategy, ESG reporting, Regulatory Compliance, etc.);
  • You have a strong appetite for climate and sustainability topics in general and wish to develop further your technical and commercial capacity on this topic;
  • You enjoy teamwork but can work independently with minimal supervision;
  • You can technically support consultants on Corporate Sustainability projects and be client-facing for project delivery and initial business development;
  • You are fluent in English.
