We’re looking for Contracts Manager in Egypt and the main job function is adequate level of Commercial support to the Aggreko team at key moments of a project life: submission of a commercial offer (new work), negotiation of an extension, sale of assets, dispute. This is a regional position covering Egypt, Middle East and South & East Africa

What you’ll do:
The job holder will ideally be able to provide guidance during the tendering phase and pre-award phase.
He will make sure during the mobilization phase that the responsibility matrix specified in the contract is thoroughly followed. Any deviation vs this matrix or any change in scope will have to be properly documented, agreed in writing with the Customer and subsequently invoiced to the customer.
During the operation phase, the contracts Manager will make sure that every month the Capacity, the O&M and Energy revenue are properly measured, billed and paid on time. He will ensure that no bad debts are incurred
When required he will support logistic teams for importing/exporting sets, he will work with the operations on issues like fuel quality deviating from the contract specifications, trips etc…
He will liaise with the Aggreko treasury team to verify that bank Guarantees are available and extended when necessary and that deposits are paid on time to Aggreko.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the consultant commission invoices validation.
Engage in contract amendments and renegotiation to accommodate scope changes, he will ensure fulfilment of contractual obligations from contracting parties and coordinates / develops strategies to respond to contract breach.
Every single contractual item is properly billed generating the adequate revenue and,
Any out-of-scope task is also well documented and properly recharged.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in legal or Business or Engineering
Relevant experience in contract management (typically 5 to 10 years) with a multinational company
Ideally Solid contracts background in the POWER/O&G sectors.
Ability to write complex letters to customers
Proven track record of managing complex projects on time and to budget under pressure
Highly numerate
Willingness to travel if necessary to Middle East and South & East Africa
Arabic and English language both fluent is required. French is a plus.
