We are hiring immediately for a Sales Support, Events - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.



Role Summary:

As a Sales Support Specialist - Events, your role will be to provide exceptional sales support to our clients in the events industry. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure the successful execution of events by providing logistical support, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers. Your primary focus will be on developing and ring sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

What you’ll do
 

  • Provide sales support to the events team by managing customer relationships and coordinating with vendors and suppliers
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts to drive sales and meet revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and meet revenue targets
  • Negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external customers
  • Gain customer trust quickly over the phone to deliver commercial gains
  • Practice attentive and active listening to fully understand customer requirements and deliver the best possible service
     

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Be customer-focused in everything you do and meet and exceed the expectations and requirements of all internal and external customers
  • Have a passion for the events industry
  • Have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Have a strong ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Sales process proficiency
  • Good technical aptitude
