Provides performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects and supply/procurement contracts;</li><li>Communication with internal and external suppliers – selection, coordination, execution, quality, transport &amp; logistics, installation and commissioning, aftersales service team; subcontractors – selection, coordination, execution, quality and other 3-rd parties related to the projects as well as transport and logistic companies and brokers;</li><li>Defines, jointly with the Finance Controller, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plan, ensures that the project follows execution best practices and company policies. Monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization, project financials, invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow;</li><li>Identifies, qualifies, quantifies, and manages project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Captures, investigates and exchanges lessons learned throughout the project;</li><li>Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually discussed. Drives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer as well as the project consistently applies contract and claims management;</li><li>Acts as key contact for the customer and 3-rd parties related to the projects and contracts an escalation point for project issues.</li></ul>Your background:<ul><li>Deep technical knowledge and experience in power section – a) transmission and distribution power grids, networks, and systems with ability to learn and develop and b) power generation, transmission and distribution facilities, plants, equipment, high, medium, and low voltage apparatus for power grids, plants and installations and c) electrical transport;</li><li>Strong engineering knowledge and skills with ability to define engineering solutions and guide designers for complete result and implementation;</li><li>Master degree in “Electrical engineering”, “Power Grids, Networks and Systems”, “Power plants, electrification with high, medium and low voltage networks”, “Automation in power plants, grids and networks”, “Electrification in transport and infrastructure” or other engineering education;</li><li>Preferably 2 years work experience in the above power sector activities like electrical apparatus, systems and solution sales, execution and/or service including technical and commercial management;</li><li>Very good command of English language, written &amp; spoken. Very good command of MS Office and other engineering tools for power engineering;</li><li>Experience with PM module of SAP. Project Management Certificate is an advantage;</li><li>Proactive, initiative and result oriented.
