Position Overview
The Clean Energy Buyer’s Association (CEBA) works to solve the toughest market and policy barriers and deploy solutions for energy customers to pursue clean energy and decarbonize grids. CEBA is committed to empowering energy customers to procure clean energy to power their operations and supply chains.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager/Senior Manager to maximize the impact of our clean energy education and training programs. These programs, including the Clean Energy Procurement Academy, are designed to equip energy customers in the US and Asia with the knowledge and skills necessary to procure clean energy in their respective markets.
The Program Manager/Senior Program Manager will be responsible for program management of the virtual and in-person customer training programs from design through execution and evaluation. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, CEBA members and external partners and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of clean energy procurement training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a passion for sustainability and clean energy, and experience in training or educational program development.
This person will report to a Director who oversees the program and will work closely with multiple CEBA teams involved in different parts of the work such as energy policy, communications, monitoring & evaluation, and finance and operations.
Core Responsibilities:
In collaboration with subject matter experts, ensure our comprehensive training curriculum is accurate, complete, up-to-date and consistent across programs by keeping abreast of industry trends in a quickly evolving clean energy space
