Thomas Thor, a global leader in nuclear recruitment, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to help shape the future of the Middle East and North Africa industry. We specialize in contract and permanent staffing, executive search, and consulting services.

This is a permanent position offering a hybrid work setup—three days in our Abu Dhabi office and two days working from home. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you would be managing the full cycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.

• You are eligible to work in the UAE.
• You have proven experience in recruitment within an agency setting, ideally in a technical an/or highly-regulated industry.
• You have strong expertise in designing and conducting interviews via video and phone.
• You excel at managing your time and prioritizing tasks effectively.
