Responsibilities:

  • Participate in HR Share Service Program, provide effective support on Share Service for other companies HR function smooth operation.
  • Responsible for the relevant monthly salary calculation and payment process, social security and housing fund payment.
  • Assist HR Supervisor for benefits program execution and follow-up, provide the related feasible suggestion.
  • Assist to HR Supervisor to coordinate the related items/ issues in Company/Group short-term international assignment, long-term international assignment, including responsible for the related contract/agreement and payment with service supplier/home company/host company etc.
  • Assist HR Supervisor to ensure the company’s HR policies and procedures are compliant to relevant rules and regulations.
  • Provide staff service/support to employees, such as claim for group commercial insurance, annual check-up, assist on local staff residency permit and Hukou, assist visa application for overseas business travel etc.
  • Responsible for the statistics and management of employees' leaves and overtime, preparation and signing of employee labor contracts, document and archive management.
  • Provide HR reports if requires.

Qualifications:

  • College or bachelor degree, major Human Resource or Business Administration is better;
  • More than 2 years HR work experience in multinational companies, 1 year work experience in HR C&B function, familiar with salary calculation, IIT policy, social security and labor contract law is plus;
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a team player;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Work patiently and carefully, has a work attitude of customer centricity;
  • Fluent English – oral and written;
  • Excellent PC skills; has HR Information system software operation experience;
