Established in 2016, Alantra’s Amsterdam office covers the Benelux M&A market. To further enable the strong growth, we are now looking for highly motivated and passionate MSc students or recent graduates with a clear and demonstrated interest in M&A to join the team in Amsterdam in 2025 for a 4-month internship starting January, May or September (start December 2024 also possible). Successful candidates will have the opportunity to support our team in providing comprehensive financial advisory services to corporates, mid-market companies, family offices and private equity clients.
As an Intern you will play an integral role in serving our clients from day one, supporting the team across deal origination and execution cycles in predominantly cross-border M&A. Your responsibilities include data gathering, in-depth company and industry research, financial analysis, valuations and supporting business documentation preparation.
