Responsibilities:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resources policies
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company rules
  • Take part or give support to HR Director in local and global HR projects

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Educational background in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws in Belgium and keen in learning for the other countries (France and The Netherlands)
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., Workday ) will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in English, French and Dutch
  • Hire date: as from January 2025
