About the Opportunity

Acciona are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our expanding team. This role will be instrumental in the delivery of a major Wastewater Treatment Plant project based in our Parramatta office. This position is ideal for candidates with construction experience.

As the Document controller, you will control all drawings, specifications, plans, procedures, correspondence, and reports to ensure only current and authorized versions are utilized by the bid teams. You will ensure all relevant data, systems records, and documentation are integrated and accessible in a timely and consistent manner.

Key accountabilities for the position:

· Support bid teams and key stakeholders in document management and document control systems

· Verify receipt of all incoming documents against accompanying transmittals

· Maintain secure document storage of permits, contracts, and tender documentation

· Record, check and track all incoming and outgoing project documents

· Provide software training, guidance, assistance, and configuration

· Conduct audits of document management systems and records

Required Skills and Competencies

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others with strong collaboration and communication skills

· Proficient with MS Office - specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Experience in various Electronic Document Management Systems

· Demonstrated ability to work independently to organize and prioritize demands

· Must be energetic with a positive can-do attitude
