Pacific Fusion is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to ensure a world-class candidate experience from start to finish. We are growing quickly and are looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to help drive growth while ensuring that every candidate leaves our process wanting to work here.
What you will be doing:
Provide a high-touch candidate experience that reflects our company values
Handle heavy interview scheduling in a fast-paced environment
Reserve conference rooms, schedule phone screens, onsite interviews and debrief meetings with recruiters, managers and interview team
Identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes that deliver high-quality results.
Effectively navigate ambiguity through diligent decision-making
Other duties to support the success of the talent acquisition team as needed
Ability to maintain trust, confidentiality and thoughtful discretion with all levels of staff and candidates

Passionate about climate/clean tech initiatives
Experience handling complex calendaring and other logistics on behalf of others
Genuine passion for the recruitment profession or talent operations while possessing the drive to make a difference in a growing company
Team player who understands no task is too big or too small to take on
1-3 years working in a Talent Acquisition organization
Microsoft Outlook experience is a must
Ashby ATS experience a plus
Experience with Slack and Google Meet
A sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize
A positive attitude with a dedication to problem-solving and delivery
Extremely solid attention to detail, communication skills, sense of ownership and responsibility to be a change agent to make us all better
