Freebee is seeking a fun, driven, and outgoing entry level Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment team! As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for screening, interviewing, communicating with candidates, and assisting in the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is a self starting, upbeat, team player ready to learn and grow in a fast paced work environment.

Job Description:

  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Source, interview, and hire potential candidates for the various Freebee job posts
  • Assist with the onboarding process, including pre-employment checks, new hire paperwork, and orientation
  • Support our recruiting team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and new hire orientation tasks
  • Help manage and maintain our applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidate data is accurately and timely recorded
  • Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve our recruitment process

 


Position Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Clean Driving Record and Criminal Background (Both reviewed prior to hire)
  • Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug test
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources environment or related field (preferred) .
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with (or willingness to learn) applicant-tracking software.
  • High-school diploma or GED is required. College degree preferred.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned
  • Bilingual is a PLUS
