In particular: listening to customers to understand their needs and motivations; clearly and intelligently answering customer questions as they relate to energy efficiency and electrification; effectively communicating recommended energy saving measures; following up with customers as needed. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that recommendations comply with program requirements for incentives and rebates. </li><li>Conduct combustion safety and other diagnostic tests. </li><li>Use software to quantify savings and produce reports documenting recommendations, including building electrification opportunities </li><li>Analyze usage data </li></ul> You’re a great fit for this exciting role in energy-efficiency if you have:  <ul><li>Minimum 1 years' experience working in energy efficiency preferred with BPI certification.
