This is how you will grow:
- Planning, monitoring and controlling the development of printed circuit boards and FPCs in accordance with the project order (cost budget, deadline, quality, technical objectives) in cooperation with the specialist departments
- Development of printed circuit boards and FPCs
- Bringing about and making decisions to achieve the agreed project goals
- Initiating corrective measures in the event of deviations.
- Creation and release of requirement and functional specifications
- Support Component Engineers with electrical layout calculations for wire harnesses, cell connectors and busbars
- Creating and conducting customer presentations
- Reporting on the progress of the project
- Leading project meetings with the project team and suppliers
- Participation in pre-selection and evaluation of suppliers

Requirements
This is how you will take us forward:
- ? Degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, mechatronics or mechanical engineering
- ? Several years of practical professional experience, preferably with contact to project management
- ? Good knowledge of English
- ? Several years of experience in PCB AND flex PCB design in the automotive environment
- ? Good knowledge of automotive product development processes
- ? Good knowledge of Altium Designer
- ? Confident dealings with customers and suppliers
