Job Description

ACCIONA Agua is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll support the bid management process, working closely with our bid teams to ensure smooth preparation and submission. Your work will be integral to delivering compelling and compliant bids that meet client requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bid Management: Organize and manage bid preparation, align client objectives with tender offers, and evaluate risks and opportunities.
  • Project Methods Development: Collaborate on project strategies, engage innovative contractors, and enhance engineering skills.
  • Project Scheduling: Manage project resources and schedules, setting key milestones and handling risks and contingencies.
  • Construction Engineering Support: Ensure construction methods are executed as planned and that temporary works follow guidelines.
  • Digital Engineering Tools: Utilize digital models to streamline site activities and promote DE technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
